The hotel's location proved convenient for accessing the light rail , allowing for easy exploration. I also appreciated that the room was quite comfortable. The spacious bathroom was another great feature.

the location was a definite plus. i found several transport options available, including ferries and light rail. walking to the city center was also an option. the bed provided good support.
the hotel could use some updating. the shower leaked, and water got onto the floor. outdated furniture and carpets were evident.

i really enjoyed this hotel. the location is fantastic for ferries and many attractions. cleanliness is amazing, windows have a city skyline view. the staff are attentive and ensure a great guest experience.
the shower knobs were hard. i had trouble turning it on and off. this left the water running because it was difficult to grip.

the superior queen bedroom had comfortable furnishings. there were fresh linens on the bed and towels in the bathroom. the air conditioning system worked effectively throughout my stay.

the light rail stop is close, less than two blocks away. taxis are always out front of the building. you can easily walk to chinatown and barangaroo, including many restaurants.
